tac strategy was set up to help small and medium sized companies in developing a business strategy for growth, and we also take an active part in the implementation of this. We work with all revenue generating activities, such as, sales & marketing, as well as, customer support & services. (I.e., most customer facing activities.)

Many companies cannot afford to hire a senior marketing & sales team and perhaps do not have the experience to build an effective sales channel. tac strategy can assist in developing a marketing plan and the route to market and/or by actually helping with the sales effort.

For more mature companies we also help with expansions through Mergers & Acquisitions.

Our charges are based part on retainers, day rates, project rates and commissions paid on reaching objectives. Contract periods vary but generally start from a minimum of 3 months.
